Testing A Car Is Actually Not Fun
Testing cars sounds like a lot of fun right? Well a lot of the time it can be but it really does depend on which part of the car you are testing. Of course the way in which the Top Gear guys do things is easily the best way of testing a car. Sure it happens to see how fast the car can go as they have to actually find the right figure or the car is not allowed to be released. However there are many other tests that have to be done before of course.
Once you get onto this stage it starts to get a bit tricky. This is where people actually come in look at the job and go hmm maybe I do not want to do this.
Testing a car is not just about the speed it is about every single part of the car which is why they are all tested. Once this has happened and you get the complete package they must test it in a number of climates including hot, cold and even corrosive to make sure the car could get through it.
Of course once all of these tests have been finished you get to take part in the fun aspects of driving a car like crashing it and driving as fast as it can go.
Although they do not take it seriously, it is a very serious and dangerous job.
