Eczema – How To Eat The Right Food

The diet of most people are high in calories, high in sodium and high in cholesterol. All these elements have a damaging effect on your physical structure, depleting it of lively nutrients and minerals. Remember what you eat creates you. You have the choice to live healthy or unhealthy and that will greatly impact your skin condition on which one you choose.

A lot of foods on the market today are processed in some way. What this means is that they are almost depleted of nutrients. If you plan to achieve your healthy skin back, you must start by changing what you eat. When you open your frig, it should be stock with mostly fresh raw foods. These foods are full of the vitamins and minerals you need for your eczema skin. The 3 food you can start your diet with are:

¢ Cut down on red meat. Meat is very high in saturated fat and cholesterol that could affect your cardiovascular system. A high rate of mortality is caused by heart attacks and brain attacks in which high cholesterol is a culprit. Red meat is not very good if you are suffering with eczema. There are many fresh alternative sources of proteins so do not be concerned. Did you know that veggies have even higher amounts of protien than red meat.

¢ Eat fewer processed foods. Chemicals in processed food can damage the cells of the skin. They also contain free radicals that encourage the disintegration of skin cells and thus cause abnormal cells to grow and turn to cancer. Most processed foods also have a high amount of sodium that hurts your kidneys. When your kidneys are damaged, they certainly won’t go back to their former perfect organs.

¢ Avoid too much alcohol and caffeine. These 2 are diuretics that prevent hydration of your body. Remember that water is the most important nutrient in your physiology and it is vital to all the skin’s processes. Alcohol is linked to the most common causes of diseases and can negatively effect your organ especially your liver.

Remember, what you eat is what you become. It takes a change in yourself by eating healthy to become a better healthier person. Study shows that taking krill oil can help cure eczema but more on that later
